Over the years risks in schools seem to be evolving and growing, both in size and type. Is your school ready to manage them holistically rather than in a perpetually reactive cycle? Does that task seem overwhelming to you? Join this workshop for an overview of healthy risk management processes to help get a sustainable handle on overall risk management for any size school. Learn about using teams to address different risks across your school, both to better address these risks and to help school leaders sleep better at night. This interactive workshop, facilitated by two of the leading experts in the independent school community, will provide opportunity for participants to identify key risks for their schools and work in groups with other school leaders to share their knowledge and stories and ultimately create risk management plans for those risks that draw the most interest. Please come prepared with your stories and challenges, and be ready to contribute.
