Philip Cork, for the past 15 years, has been the Associate Headmaster for Finance at Saint Andrew's School located in Boca Raton, Florida. Saint Andrew's School is one of the top independent day/boarding schools in South Florida, with 1,295 students JK-12. Prior to joining Saint Andrew’s, Philip held CFO positions with a number of health services companies in South Florida over a period of 10 years. He has also worked in other senior financial positions for companies including GE Capital Mortgage and Travelers Insurance. Philip is a Chartered Accountant and he worked in public accounting for 11 years with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Great Britain, Canada, and the U.S., reaching the level of Senior Manager. He was born and educated in Great Britain and holds a B.A. in economics and geography from Exeter University and a Graduate Certificate in business leadership for independent schools from Johns Hopkins University. Philip currently serves as Vice-Chair of the MISBO Board of Directors and he serves on the board of the Florida Independent Colleges and Universities Risk Management Association. He is a frequent speaker at national, regional, and local education conferences.
